AF Construction employs the use of SAFYA’s AirDeck fall arrest system in the installation of their joists systems. AirDeck’s rapid deployment and ease of use allows AF personnel to continue to work at a reasonable pace on our rapid-build sites in a safe manner.
Airdeck is a fall arrest system utilising an inflatable air cushion, designed to protect operatives working at first-floor joist level. AirDeck comprises of an inner liner which is inflated and an outer protective bag made from woven polypropylene. The upper face is made from a double layer to provide additional protection from accidental damage.
The AirDeck system is also easy to transport between unit to unit and can be deflated and stored easily when removing them from site.
